This method of achieving emancipation through the said realisation is the method followed by the Sättvatas (the highly evolved person) and it is known as Abhedopaya (unity-view method). XXVI Of course there are also other, methods found prescribed in different scriptures of different schools.. They may be either Bhedābhedopayas (duality-cum- unity-view methods) or Bhedopâyas (duality-view- methods). All these are intended for those who can- not comprehend the All-inclusive Self as detailed, in the BG. Yet, they too lead, step by step, a sincere can be aspirant to emancipation. Every method termed Tajna, a term signifying 'the act that is to be performed necessarily (i.e. performed with no likes, and dislikes). Hence Tajna may denote all methods such as the Vedic sacrifices, the Aştangayoga, auste.. rity, breath-control, the sense-control, the wisdom, the Tantric practices, the Svadhyaya-knowledge etc. 1.
