Nor caa it be stated that the word starge may be its siguificance only in respect of delight in geueral, lfile t in the Veda it may mean the unlimitedu deight; became the part of the meaning (initleas) is not know m otherwise, and there fore !he power of signifying has to include that part &lso necessarily, and this will lead to accepting the word as having two meanings viz. (5) in the worldly Rage and (i) in the vedic usage.
